Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anoniest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Anoniest provides anonymous, end-to-end encrypted chat services and premium vouchers that unlock extended features. The chat and redeem experience is available at staging-chat.anoniest.com. Voucher purchases are made at anoniest.com. There is no single sign-on between the two.

3. Account Requirements

To use chat features, you must create an account with a username, password, age, and gender. You do not need an account to purchase a voucher. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use Anoniest.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Understanding that lost passwords cannot be recovered because we do not collect email or phone numbers for accounts

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Anoniest to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
  • Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or scams
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent our security measures

6. Premium Vouchers

Premium vouchers grant access to extended chat durations and premium-only settings as described on the Pricing page. Vouchers are delivered as a single-use code and must be redeemed at staging-chat.anoniest.com. Voucher durations stack with existing active premium time. All voucher purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. Deleted accounts and any remaining premium time are permanently removed without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Anoniest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including lost passwords, deleted messages, or expired vouchers.
